TWG Development and Wyandotte County have worked closely together with the community to address the need for more housing availability, affordability, and stability.
Located at 745 N 78th Street, Residences at Victory Hills will consist of 152-units across five buildings and a clubhouse, with one-, two- and three-bedroom layouts. This fully affordable community will serve Kansas City residents making 40-60% of the area median income (AMI).
