TWG Development and City of Wooster have worked closely together with the community to address the need for more housing availability, affordability, and stability.
Located at 2775 Cleveland Road, Northside Villas will consist of 42-units that will consist of one, two-story garden-style building and three-story garden building. Once completed, this community will consist of two- and three-bedroom units. This fully affordable community will serve Wooster residents making 60%, 50%, and 30% of the area median income (AMI).

Amenities include in-unit washers and dryers in every unit. A separate building aside from multifamily units that will be the clubhouse, offering a leasing office and on-site fitness center. This community will be energy star certified through the NGBS Silver 700 Program. Northside Villas would not be possible without our valued partners: The City of Wooster, CRBT, Regions, Huntington, and The Ohio Housing and Finance Agency. Construction will begin April 2024 and is expected to be completed in June of 2025.
